SUNSOFT™

Sunrise Industries' SunSoft™ is a lightweight, spunbonded polypropylene fabric with a polyethylene coating. Polyethylene film is impervious and non-linting. Garments made of SunSoft protect workers against chemical dusts, paint sprays. asbestos and other solid airborne dusts. SunSoft™ is a strong fabric with excellent tensile and tear resistance. SunSoft™ is ideal for spray and splatter from water and other non-oil-based liquids and provides economical protection against nonhazardous, grimy-work environment applications. In layman's terms, Sunsoft™ has the most barrier bang-for-the-buck of all the materials available in the market.

Suntech™ is a Sunrise Industries' fabric innovation. It is constructed of our Microporous Film laminated to a layer of spunbonded polypropylene that holds out blood and passes ASTM F903 Penetration. It provides a superior combination of strength, barrier protection, and breathability. Designed to provide high tensile strength and flexibility, this fabric offers a high degree of dry particulate holdout to protect against the effects of chemical dusts, paint sprays, asbestos, and other airborne dusts.

Tyvek® is a spunbonded olefin fabric that is made up of millions of polyethylene fibers that are spunbonded to offer unique qualities of excellent barrier, toughness, and strength in all directions. Tyvek® is lightweight and highly resistant to tears and punctures.
Tyvek® provides an excellent barrier against dirt and other dry particulates. Including asbestos, lead dust, and radioactive dusts down to sub-micron size.
- Tychem® QC

DuPont" Tychem® QC is a spunbonded olefin fabric that has been "quality coated" with 1.25 mils polyethylene. Tychem® QC offers splash protection against many inorganic acids, bases, and other liquid and dry chemicals, including pesticides, blood, and inorganic acids.
Tychem® SL

Tychem® SL is a laminate of TyveltIspunbonded olefin by DuPont and Saranex 23-Pe) from Dow Chemical.
It provides protection against a broader range of chemicals than Tychern® QC.
Economical and lightweight, Tychem® SL is ideal for chemical mixing, loading, and application as well as cleanup and general industrial use.

Tycherne CPF 3

Tychem® CPF 3 is often the garment of choice by hazardous material response teams and other emergency services when potential exposure to chemical warfare agents exists. These strong, durable garments are used in industry to protect against a broad range of chemicals. Tychem® CPF 3 provides protection against more than 149 chemical challenges. The tan color of Tychem® CPF 3 makes it an excellent choice when there is a need for low visibility.

Offers excellent chemical protection against a broad range of chemicals. It is a very-durable, tear-resistant fabric that rivals many reusable apparel fabrics, but costs much less. Tychem® BR meets all fabric requirements of NFPA 1993.

Tychem® TK offers the highest level of limited-used protection available from DuPont™ It consistently rates excellent on permeation performance with no breakthrough after exposure times of up to 8 hours to a wide variety of challenge chemicals. Tychem® TK is so durable that it can handle both emergency response and remediation work. Tychem® TK meets all fabric requirements of NFPA 1993.
OSHA Level A Protection
Should be used when the hazardous substance requires the highest level of protection for skin, eyes,and the respiratory system.
Level A protection should be used when site operations and work functions involve a high potential tor splash, immersion, or exposure
OSHA Level B Protection
Should be used when the type and atmospheric concen tration of substances identified require a high level of respiratory protection,but less skin protection.
Level B protection should be used when vapors and gases are not suspected of containing high levels of chemicals harmful to skin or capable of being absorbed through the skin.
